KiddoFit places a strong emphasis on the development of physical literacy. This includes understanding how their bodies move and respond to different movements. Through structured play and skill-building exercises, children learn to control their bodies, understand movement patterns, and adapt to various physical challenges. This holistic approach to physical development extends beyond just physical skills, influencing cognitive and emotional development as well.

– Child is hospitalized
